Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on products if they are damaged upon receiving them. Customers has the right to apply for return within 7 days after receiving their order and item has not been used or tampered with. If items are returned and items have signs of being used or tampered with a refund will not be given.
To cancel your order for a full refund you would need to make contact 3 hours after your order has been place. Anytime after that 35% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handing fee. Once a tracking number has been provided no refunds are allowed, unless items are damaged.
Shipping & Deliveries
Once order has been placed it may take 5-7 business days for you to receive. When order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. If your order has become lost or stolen please contact your post office!
If your are in the Dayton, Ohio area schedule pickup/dropoff
is offered. However, due to COVID-19 delivery is currently not an option. Once COVID-19 is over the "pickup" code will be active.
