Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for products that arrive damaged. Customers have the right to request return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the item has not been used or altered. Refunds will not be issued for returned items that show signs of use or tampering.
Order Cancellations
To cancel your order and receive a full refund, you must contact us within 3 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, a 35% transaction and handling fee will be applied to the order total. Refunds are not permitted once a tracking number has been issued, except in cases of damaged items.
Shipping & Deliveries
After placing your order, delivery may take 5-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact your post office.
